Free Claude can add one custom connector.
- Open Claude Settings.
- Open Customize, then Connectors.
- Add custom connector.
- Name it L4, then paste the MCP address.
- Allow.
You can do this in the Claude app.
Connect ChatGPT
ChatGPT is made by OpenAI.
Needs ChatGPT Business.
Use chatgpt.com on a computer.
The phone app cannot add this connector.
- Open ChatGPT Settings.
- Open Apps.
- Turn on Developer mode.
- Create a connector, then paste the MCP address.
- Allow.
Free ChatGPT cannot add this connector.

After you connect, you can ask Claude or ChatGPT about your athletes and programs in L4.
Pull an athlete's next session. Find an exercise in your library. Build a program and put it on whoever needs it. Change tomorrow's workout from the chat instead of rebuilding it by hand.

Does L4 connect to Claude?
Yes. Add a custom connector in Claude, paste the L4 MCP address, and sign in as a coach. Free Claude can add one custom connector. Claude and ChatGPT connect today. Muse is pending.
Does L4 connect to ChatGPT?
Yes. On a computer, turn on developer mode, create a connector, paste the L4 MCP address, and allow it. This needs ChatGPT Business. Free ChatGPT and ChatGPT Plus cannot add this connector. The phone app cannot add it.
Is this a ChatGPT or Claude app-store listing?
No. You paste the MCP address yourself. L4 is not a store listing.
What can I do in chat after I connect?

Can the AI message parents or open the parent portal?
No. A parent account cannot connect. The coach AI cannot message parents, open the parent portal, or act as a clinic or health record.
